Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM PST.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of both our customers and associates. While we strive to ship orders the same day, there may be delays due to the volume of orders or items being out of stock. We will keep you informed of any delays and are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
If you need your products by a specific date, please notify us via email at [email protected], and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. PSD ships to any locations where UPS or FedEx can deliver.
Free Shipping
Most items are shipped free of charge. Free shipping applies to items over $99.00 shipped via standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping within the contiguous US. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any other US territories. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days.
Freight
All items shipped are F.O.B. PrintSuppliesDirect.com warehouse unless otherwise noted. On most items, the shipment is free. Free shipping is a service we provide to reduce the cost for the buyer. Regardless of whether we pay for shipping, once the freight is on board, ownership of the goods transfers to the buyer as it leaves our warehouse. We purchase insurance on all shipments and will assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier. Any funds received from the freight carrier will be sent to the buyer. BUYERS MUST TAKE PICTURES IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL AND NOTE THIS ON THE PAPERWORK BROUGHT BY THE FREIGHT COMPANY AT THE TIME PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED. Special handling charges may apply, such as for liftgate service.
Please contact us via email if you need additional shipping services, such as liftgate or appointment delivery. These services may be arranged if requested and paid for.
Shipping Address Authorization
We will only ship to your billing address linked to the credit card unless you authorize the requested shipping address. Additional verification documents, such as a reseller certificate or driver's license, may be requested. Your order will not be shipped and will be held until we can authorize the mismatched address. We will attempt to contact you via email or phone to resolve these issues. Please ensure that all contact information is up to date on your account/order profile. Any order whose shipping address differs from the billing address of the purchasing credit card will be subject to authorization procedures.
Tracking
Once your package leaves the PSD warehouse, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can click that tracking number in the email anytime to see where your package is. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Orders" link.
