Return Policy
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date unless specified otherwise.
Return Request Requirements: Customers must provide a complete list of products to be returned, along with the invoice number and reason for return.
Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Customers must obtain an RMA number from PSD Sales Associate.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Condition of Returned Products:
Products must be in resalable condition.
Special order or non-stock items cannot be returned.
Opened inks are non-returnable.
Activated software is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping returned goods with a carrier that can provide proof of delivery. Items must be properly packed and fully insured for the same value as the MSRP.
Original Packaging: All returns must be in their original packaging.
Demo Units: Demo units are sold "As-Is" and are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Items that are defective or not what you ordered qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once received.
